About ODR Studios
ODR Studios is a large yet intimate event venue able to host up to 150 people. Our talented team of event curators and creative producers are available to provide personal assistance to ensure your day runs perfectly. Located 30 minutes from Manhattan, our building includes access to vehicle and furniture rental, a working kitchen, lighting and sound equipment, and connections with local catering vendors. The studio has been host to private dinners, live music, weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, corporate off-sites and much more. - 20' HIGH WOODEN BARREL TRUSSED CEILING - 8 x 9' by 9' RENOVATED FACTORY WINDOWS - 60' ACCESS RAMP - 125" PROJECTOR SCREEN AND PROJECTOR - OPEN KITCHEN - 1.5 BATHROOMS - FULLY FURNISHED GRAMMY AWARED WINNING INDUSTRIAL-CHIC SHOOT LOCATION, WITH AN EMPHASIS ON NATURAL LIGHT, GRITTY TEXTURES AND VINTAGE PROPS. RAW 4,500 SQUARE FOOT LOFT WITH NUMEROUS SCENES AND DIFFERENT LOOKS. Studio vehicles can be added for additional fee.

We are cleaning the studio before and after every shoot, regardless of size with a professional cleaning service. All shoots require masks for all those involved, with the exception of talent who are able to obviously take them when the camera is rolling. Thanks ~ ODR
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
