LA Alpha House – Versatile Event Venue The LA Alpha House is a flexible and welcoming venue designed to host a wide range of events. From baby showers and birthday parties to bachelor celebrations, repasses, fundraisers, and outdoor gatherings, the space easily adapts to your needs. The backyard can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests, making it ideal for larger celebrations. Indoors, the space hosts up to 30 guests and is perfect for meetings, town halls, workshops, or more intimate social gatherings. Inside, you’ll find two bathrooms and a functional kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and bar-style counter space (note: no built-in bar service). The venue has also supported both recurring and one-time events in a relaxed, social setting. Wi-Fi is available for purchase to support your event needs.

We work with a clean professional that has been in the business for more than 15 plus years. We clean and sanitized after each event. We have a security system that monitors access to the building to ensure that we are keeping access secure in between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
