The space can easily accommodate 80-100 people and has enough space for catering, DJ/Music, playing yard games, etc. Ideal for Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Milestone birthdays, Graduation parties, Baby showers, Weddings, Diwali Party, etc. Outdoor food catering (live food counter), party furniture, special kids characters, etc welcome! You will have access to a restroom located in the ADU in the backyard. Enough parking on both sides of the street and around the corner. Located in Cambrian Park area with easy access from CA-17/85 freeways.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
