Flexible event space near StoneCrest in Charlotte, NC

Located across the street from StoneCrest, a popular “shopping, dining and lifestyle destination center,” this restaurant is a beautiful 1,500-square-foot space for a gathering of up to 75 people. The space has been set up and decorated with care, and “all the tables are handmade and sit below modern hanging light fixtures.”

There’s also private outdoor seating available when the weather is warm. Keep in mind that for this space, the kitchen is off-limits, so the hosts request that you reach out to them directly to discuss if you need prep space for catering. The hosts also state that while outside food and beverages are allowed, they “would be happy to serve your catering needs as well,” making it a one-stop shop for your event!

Modern diner/ restaurant in Austell, GA

If you’re looking to rent a restaurant for a night anywhere near Austell, GA, this location might very well be your best bet! The host bills the space as well suited to “small dinner parties, filming movies or shows and private events”. Keep in mind that it can accommodate up to 40 people at once in its roughly 1,000 square feet.

They’re another location that can provide catering as well if need be, and they also allow access to their full kitchen as needed. Plus, it’s especially affordable at an hourly rate of $89 (with a three-hour minimum rental period).

Best restaurant in downtown Dallas, TX

We’re pretty impressed by this “amazing restaurant with a great vibe and atmosphere,” where they “serve hand-crafted cocktails from our large, color-lighted bar and have a scratch kitchen serving eclectic American food.” It’s best suited to large events or production. It’s an extra-large space, with 3,000 square feet of room for up to 250 (!) people, including an upstairs loft that will accommodate 75 standing or 50 seated.

The hosts of this restaurant space note that the loft is “a great place for a corporate dinner or Happy Hour meet and greet”. Our description can hardly do this space justice, so be sure to take at least a quick look at the photos in the listing to appreciate what it has to offer!
