Rules for renting the Woodrow Wilson House

- Outside catering is permitted.
- You may only drink red-colored beverages (due to their potential for staining) at the dinner table or in the outdoor garden.
- To protect the home and its historic artifacts, no dancing is allowed indoors, only in the garden areas.
- If you have more than 60 guests in attendance at your event, you are required to rent a tent for the outdoor space.
- There are no age limits here – children may attend this venue.
- There are security cameras on the premises that stay on 24/7: three cameras in the front entry and one in the solarium.
- The venue does not permit loud music and other loud events.
