• Be sure to factor in time for setting up and cleaning up in your booking period. Going over your allotted time will result in a charge in 30-minute increments.
• There is a minimum booking time of four hours for events and productions.
• Only tape or gum can be used to put things on the walls. Great care should be taken when removing them afterward.
• While the host is responsible for cleaning, they ask that guests assist in putting rubbish in bins and trying to keep things close to how they found them.
• No smoking is allowed inside the building, only in designated outdoor areas.
• No glitter or confetti can be used inside the space and will incur an added cleaning fee.
• The space is wheelchair accessible.
• Some booking times are available during school hours. So if guests are filming sound, breaks may be needed to avoid outside noise.
